At your second visit, Dr. Rolland will discuss the results of your tests and show you your x-rays. He will give you a report of findings and answer three popular questions:
Most people can be helped with chiropractic care. Dr. Rolland will recommend a personal treatment plan for you. If you have a condition that requires care with other providers, he will help you coordinate with them.
Patients generally receive their first adjustment after their report of findings. It may also include pain relief or rehabilitative therapies, soft tissue therapies and traction.
Dr. Rolland will ask you if you have any chiropractic treatment preferences. Please let him know if you have concerns or questions over any of the care he recommends. He uses a variety of treatments and is sure to have some that will be helpful for you.
Dr. Rolland instructs patients on various home care options to help you get better quicker. They may include ice or heat application, avoidance of certain activities or positions, home exercises and stretches and nutritional supplements.
